Consensus says there are closing on 150 fully equipped, fully operational deep-underground facilities scattered across the United States. Below is a brief summary detailing the whereabouts and operational parameters of just a few of the more notorious ones…

CASE STUDY: COSMIC TOP-X48 EYES ONLY

WHITE SANDS LOS ALAMOS DULCE

It is rumoured that the Los Alamos National Laboratories deep-underground facility and the White Sands Proving Ground deep-underground facility could well be one and the same mighty dungeon. Los Alamos is where the US government developed the first atomic bomb. White Sands is where they tested it.

While White Sands Proving Ground—part of the Kirtland AFB complex—is one of America’s primary testing grounds for new and exotic weaponry, Los Alamos National Laboratories is undoubtedly one of the US government’s primary secret-technology and scientific experimentation facilities. It is situated in New Mexico—leastwise the above-ground Los Alamos is situated in New Mexico. The deep-underground Los Alamos, on the other hand, via an elaborate tunnel system coursing the breadth of Arizona, is thought to reach as far north and west as southern Nevada, and in this regard it is not out of the question that the Los Alamos/White Sands/Dulce deep-underground complex merges with the Area 51/S-4 deep-underground complex some place east of Las Vegas. Indeed, it’s a testament to the US Army Corps of Engineers who built most of these vast holes in the ground that the three above-mentioned states haven’t yet collapsed in on themselves!

According to some reports, at least one live alien was a ‘guest’ at Los Alamos in 1952. If the reports are to be believed the alien was kept in a sub-facility known as Complex 111—or more simply: C111—reportedly the first deep-underground facility built at Los Alamos. Some say that C111 is the largest deep-underground facility in the world. Not sure how one might prove or disprove that. In any event it is said to be around one mile square and deep enough to withstand a five-megaton nuclear hit, direct.

Among the goings on at Los Alamos today are experiments in the fields of particle physics, gravity-wave propulsion, electron and laser-beam weaponry, geophysics, psychotronics, mind-control and other ‘human behaviour’ programs, as well as the development of a nuclear tunnel-boring machine called the ‘Subterrene’, which literally ‘melts’ the rock as it burrows deep into the earth. The Subterrene was used in the building of many of the deep-underground tunnels that link one facility to another, and is largely the reason such a vast complex of deep-underground facilities is able to co-exist beneath American soil. According to US black projects investigator Dr. Richard Sauder PhD, it is possible that parts of the Los Alamos facility plummet as far as a mile beneath the earth’s surface, perhaps even further, and that Los Alamos is linked via underground tunnel to the nearby Dulce facility, acknowledged as the hub of the New Mexico deep-underground complex. Here, according to former US special forces operative, Phil Schneider, who helped construct the facility, the US military is not the only occupant. There are aliens down there, too.

Various reports, including Schneider’s, speak of an alien underground base at Dulce. Bizarrely, Schneider claims that in 1979 US special forces (Delta Force) and select FBI units engaged in an underground gunfight with the aliens, who are reported to have occupied the natural system of caverns and tunnels that exist inside Dulce Mountain for centuries, but were only discovered when the US government began extending the Los Alamos facility to include Dulce. Whether or not some kind of truce has been negotiated with the Dulce aliens, or if they have simply been wiped out, is anybody’s guess. What is apparent, though, is that numerous UFO sightings continue to be reported in this area. But then, the same can be said of virtually the entire state of New Mexico.

What we don’t know, of course, is who the UFOs belong to—the yanks or the aliens. For all our sakes, let’s pray it’s not the yanks.

CASE STUDY: COSMIC TOP-X49 EYES ONLY

LOCKHEED BOEING NORTHROP

The Lockheed Martin, Boeing and Northrop deep-underground facilities situated in southern California are perhaps the largest of America’s sub-surface installations.

The Lockheed facility is better known as the Hellendale facility as it is situated next to what used to be Hellendale auxiliary airport, just a few miles from Hellendale itself. Here the F117A Stealth fighter was born, along with rumours of on-site ‘acquired alien technology’ programmes. Indeed, alien ‘guests’ have been reported at this facility (evidently in the role of ‘advisors’) and a plethora of UFO sightings, as well. There are even reports of ‘abductees’ having been taken underground and experimented on here, where they are said to have experienced ‘missing time’ and woken up with strange marks on their skin. More what one might have expected from the Los Alamos facility, perhaps, or White Sands, or even Area 51. But then, similar reports have been received from those facilities, too.

A feature common to these facilities is the presence of strange runway-like constructions that command the eye from the air—runways that are not runways, as they have been described, because they are not used by aircraft. The Lockheed facility boasts similar constructions, built into which are large diamond-shaped doors through which huge, space-age pylons rise from somewhere underground. The pylons are adorned with what some commentators have referred to as ‘detachable attachments’, largely disc-shaped devices that have been seen to hover silently when beamed with electromagnetic radiation. Perhaps not surprisingly, it appears that some fairly intense electromagnetic and/or electrogravitic research is being carried out here with a view to developing new and exotic propulsion systems—if they haven’t already done so.

Palmdale, California, barely a space-time leap from Los Angeles, is the home of the Boeing Company (formerly McDonnell Douglas) facility. Once again, this facility boasts similar ‘runways’ that do not seem to be utilized by aircraft, and the same spooky diamond-shaped doors through the same space-age pylons rise up from underground. Protruding from the pylons are the same strange ‘detachable attachments’ at which electromagnetic radiation is beamed. According to eyewitnesses these attachments resemble classic UFOs—discs, some circular, others slightly elongated. Once again these discs have been seen to hover silently and glow a variety of different colours during test flights. It is almost certain that the UFOs are unmanned.

The Northrop facility, like its two ugly sisters, looks like a spookily deserted, space-age airport, squeaky-clean, with runways that serve no obvious purpose and pylons plus attachments that rise up out of diamond-shaped doors. Once again, this facility indulges in some kind of electromagnetic-cum-electrogravitic propulsion research and boasts an impressive array of radar and microwave dishes. Northrop, of course, is the company responsible for the radar-invisible Stealth B2 bomber. Curiously, even though the B2 has been in service for some twenty years, no other nation has yet managed to emulate its radar-invisibility. Are American scientists truly that much more advanced than British, Russian or Chinese ones, me wonders? Or might it be, as many believe, that the technology really does originate elsewhere?

Whatever the truth, the Northrop deep-underground facility is said to plummet an incredible forty-two levels below ground, and what goes on down there is anybody’s guess. For all we know they could be constructing an entire fleet of non-conventional aircraft back-engineered from acquired alien technology—which is all well and good if we’re all to benefit from the results of this interplanetary pact. It’s the fact that it’s such an exclusive members deal that makes it all so sordid.

But be that as it may, what is even more sordid is this.

Associated with these facilities is not only an abundance of UFO sightings, but of apparent abduction experiences as well—abductees who claim they recall being taken underground and tampered with. This surely begs the question: If it really is aliens who are abducting people, as we’ve been flagrantly led to believe, then is it not strange that they should take their victims to military-industrial R&D facilities, deep underground, rather than back to their spaceships, in order to perform their experiments? Or could it be the abductors aren’t really alien at all? Food for thought…

CASE STUDY: COSMIC TOP-X50 EYES ONLY

UNDERGROUND OVERVIEW

To list all the known deep-underground facilities in the United States would take forever. Plus some. So what follows is the shortform menu containing the best of the rest…

FORT GEORGE MEADE, MARYLAND: Home of the National Security Agency (NSA) or Big Brother, as this formidable listening agency is otherwise known. At least a ten-acre deep-underground facility exists at this site, stacked with row on row of the world’s most sophisticated computer-monitoring and surveillance equipment. From this seat of unrivalled power the NSA listens in on pretty much anything it wants to—every phone call you make, every email you send, every text and fax, as well as every radio, TV and microwave transmission traceable from orbit. Word is they can even tune in to most telepathic communications, too!

FORT BELVOIR, VIRGINIA: Home of the US Army Corps of Engineers. Fort Belvoir is a mere hop-and-a-skip from Fort George Meade—no distance at all by deep-underground graviton train! For the record, the Army Corps of Engineers are the ones who dig the holes that house the installations. And by all accounts they’re very good at it.

EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA: Rumoured to house its own fleet of unconventional aircraft. UFOs have frequently been spotted over or near this base, and for a good many years. Indeed, it was here that former US Air Force Colonel and NASA astronaut Gordon Cooper formed part of a small unit of men who witnessed and filmed a disc-shaped craft hovering over the base. According to Colonel Cooper the film was confiscated and sent to Washington DC, never to be seen again.

But there are even wilder claims associated with this base. On 20th February 1954, when the base was still known as Muroc Air Force Base, President Eisenhower is said to have signed a formal treaty here with a visiting alien embassy. The meeting is said to have been attended by Franklin Allen of the Hearst media and publishing empire; Edwin Nourse of Brookings Institution, financial advisor to Eisenhower’s predecessor, President Truman; well-known US metaphysician, Gerald Light; a Los Angeles Catholic Bishop by the name of Macintyre, and of course President Eisenhower himself. It is this treaty—known as the Greada Treaty—some believe, that gave formal permission to the alien visitors to utilize bases on earth, in particular bases deep underground.

According to a letter written by Gerald Light following the meeting, the aliens were ‘other-dimensional’ in quality. ’...The reality of ‘other-plane’ aeroforms is now and forever removed from the realms of speculation,’ he effused. And further: ‘During my two days visit I saw five separate and distinct types of aircraft being studied and handled by our Air Force officials—with the assistance of the Etherians!’ It was no doubt Mr. Light’s metaphysical background that inspired him to refer to the aliens as ‘Etherians’.

So there we have it. It would not surprise me in the least to learn that the deep-underground facility here is part of a much larger complex that includes access to the nearby Lockheed, Boeing and Northrop facilities, and that the ‘Etherians’ still have a hand in what goes on down there!

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, DAYTON, OHIO: Reputed alien autopsy site and home of the most famous secure hangar in the world: Hangar 18. Here it is that the US government’s Foreign Technology Division is headquartered. Here it is also that the crashed Roswell disc plus an unknown number of alien bodies were reportedly delivered before being transferred to Area 51 and then to S-4, Nevada. So say some of the highest-ranking former military, intelligence and special-projects personnel in America, including former Roswell Army Air Field Staff Intelligence Officer, Major Jesse A. Marcel; former National Security Council adviser and head of the US government’s Alphacom Team, Dr. Michael Wolf; former black projects engineer Bill Uhouse; former US Air Force officer Colonel Edward Strieber, who for many years was stationed here; and former US Army Intelligence officer on the staff of General Douglas MacArthur and head of the Pentagon’s Foreign Technology Division in Army Research and Development, Colonel Philip J. Corso.

Even if all of the above turn out to be disinformation agents, by the way, it is none the less suspected that a massive deep-underground facility code-named S-3 exists here, directly beneath Hangar 18.

MOUNT WEATHER, BLUEMONT, VIRGINIA: COG (Continuity of Government) Command Centre. Construction of this deep-underground facility was initiated as far back as 1936 by the US Bureau of Mines. According to former employees, Mount Weather is an underground city of impressive proportion. Buried deep inside the earth, the facility is equipped with amenities such as private apartments, dormitories, streets and sidewalks; cafeterias; a hospital; a water purification system; a power plant; general office buildings; a small lake fed by fresh water from underground springs; a massive transport system and its own TV and satellite communications system. Like any Ultra Top Secret government facility, Mount Weather, it seems, is a world unto itself.

DENVER AIRPORT, COLORADO: New World Order Command Centre, according to a handful of America’s most hardcore conspiracy theorists. It is rumoured that many of the Ultra Top Secret science and technology programmes formerly housed at Area 51 were transferred to this massive deep-underground facility. And if former US special forces operative and structural engineer Phil Schneider is to be believed, massive is the operative word here.

Before his untimely death Schneider claimed he had helped in the construction of a staggering 88-square-mile deep-underground base here. He said the base is 2.5 miles deep and that it contains a 4.5-square mile deep-underground city. Certainly it is of note that the airport itself occupies 53 square miles, making it by far the biggest airport in America. During the last year of construction, Schneider said, the main thrust of the work was to connect the airport’s own underground complex to the deep-underground New World Order facility several hundred feet further down. Indeed, the airport would appear to be a veritable shrine to New World Order symbology—engraved on the airport’s dedication stone, for example, are Masonic symbols including the Nazi ‘Black Sun’ symbol and the words New World Airport Commission. Subtle or what?

PINE GAP

Perhaps the least known deep-underground facility governed by the US military is concealed in a hole in the heart of the Australian outback, where the term Down Under takes on a whole new meaning. This facility is known as Pine Gap.

On the face of it, Pine Gap is a US National Security Agency-run satellite tracking station and listening post, similar to Menwith Hill in Britain, and is situated some 12 miles south-west of Alice Springs in Australia’s Northern Territory. Primarily operated by Australian and US military, Pine Gap is recognized as possibly the largest ECHELON ground station in the world, housing as it does a 5,600-square-meter computer complex, an impressive array of radomes serving as a downlink for geosynchronous SIGINT (signals intelligence) satellites, and a staff of around 1000 employees, mostly NSA, but also CIA, the NRC (US National Reconnaissance Office) and Australia’s DSD (Defence Signals Directorate). Officially Pine Gap is known as the Joint Defence Space Research Facility. Unofficially, however, it is known as Australia’s Area 51.

Precious little is known about Pine Gap’s deepest secrets, though numerous rumours allude to electromagnetic propulsion systems, as well as psychotronic and particle-beam weaponry being researched and developed here. Reports of luminous white discs and bright red spheres in the skies over Pine Gap and the surrounding desert are almost too numerous to mention, and tend to support the electromagnetic propulsion rumours. Curiously, several locals claim they have actually seen ‘white discs’ being unloaded from large US transporter planes at the airports which serve the facility. The discs, they say, are generally around 30 feet in diameter, and some say they boast the USAF emblem. Certainly visitors and cargo, some clearly exotic in nature, fly in and out of Pine Gap on a regular basis, clearly reminiscent of the transport planes and exotic aircraft seen to fly in and out of Area 51.

Also housed at the facility, sources say, is an enormous nuclear reactor/generator used to supply the unusually high levels of energy required to service what some say is a form of newly developed transceiver. It seems, too, that the extremely high-voltage plasma accelerator rumoured to be in use here might well have been used in anger over recent years. It is interesting to note in this regard that the 1991 NASA video footage, which shows a UFO in earth’s upper atmosphere taking evasive action against what appears to be a missile fired at it from earth, was shot by the STS-48 NASA Space Shuttle _Discovery_’s own video camera while in orbit over, you guessed it: Australia! For the record, the plasma accelerator said to be housed at Pine Gap is also known as a Death Ray, or Plasma Gun, and is easily capable of targeting a foreign spacecraft in the upper reaches of earth’s atmosphere.
